Broker's Comments
Boatshed Wales is delighted to present for sale this Quicksilver 460.
Designed for inland and coastal cruising, fishing, and exploring, the Quicksilver 460 is a compact motorboat that offers a surprisingly spacious cabin. Commissioned in 2009, the boat is powered by a Mariner 40hp four-stroke outboard engine, also commissioned in 2009. The engine has been thoroughly maintained by professional main dealers, ensuring it presents in a clean and reliable condition. The engine has been seen to start and run from cold faultlessly- see engine run video.
This boat comes complete with a cockpit cover for storage, a stainless steel frame with a sun awning/tent, and a nearly new Garmin plotter for navigation.
On inspection, the cabin was found to be clean and dry, featuring smart upholstery and headlining. The cabin provides enough space to accommodate twin adult berths for overnight stays if desired.
The cockpit is well laid out with a helm seat, twin corner seats, and a bench seat. The battery is in good condition, holds charge well, and includes an isolation switch along with a 25-litre removable fuel tank.
The single-axle road trailer appears clean, corrosion-free, and suitable for road use. Recently antifouled, the boat is currently stored ashore under cover—a smart and well-cared-for boat/engine/trailer package, ready to hitch up and tow away.
We warmly welcome all enquiries.
