Broker's Comments

Catalina Yachts are one of the most popular classes of boats in the USA and are becoming more familiar in European and UK waters. She is the Mark II, a modern design that sails well and is easy to handle with all the control lines leading back to the good sized cockpit. The main sheet traveller is located on the coach roof leaving the cockpit free from obstruction making a much safer cockpit for the crew.

The accommodation is vast in comparison to more traditionally built yachts. She has a large double berth aft, in the main saloon there are 2 settee berths around the saloon table with a good sized heads port and the galley opposite. There is a forward cabin which can be 2 separate berths or converted to a double with an infill.
She has been well cared for and is currently ashore waiting for your inspection. Give me a call.
